Block collumns sitting on ground in a Loveland Co. crawl space
During a Loveland Co. home inspection the inspector found the cement block columns sitting on the ground and there were a few that had cracks in one or more blocks. Also the wood spacers at the top of column should be replaced with a none compressible material.
