Senior:  $25.00 off any inspection over $250.00

Pre-Listing: $25.00 off any pre-sale inspection over $275.00


Realtors recommending a pre listing home inspection demonstrates your good faith effort to protect the seller's interest in terms of legal obligations to disclose the condition of the property. In addition a pre listing inspection helps identify potential areas of concern that could derail the sale when discovered by the buyer's inspection. It also shows the buyer that in good faith you have tried to identify problems before selling the home to them.

Print or copy this page and give it to me when you pay for the inspection or e-mail it to me before inspection. If you pay on-line with a credit card subtract the discount before you add up your cost. Then bring the signed page to the inspection.
