Every inch of the property is inspected inside and out including all structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. I will notify the client of any item that is noted. AHI provides quality color photos with every inspection with a detailed explanation. All inspections will be done to ASHI and InterNACHI standards.

I have been in the home building and inspection business for over 35 years. I have been a carpenter, mason, rock layer. I've installed stucco, sheetrock, fireplace inserts, siding, interior trim, cabinets. I have built rock fire places from the ground up. I've been a framing sub-contractor, builder, remodeler. I've installed septic systems, drilled water wells, designed house plans (all the homes I built I ether drew or customized the plans). I have worked with Realtors for over 20 years, first selling the homes I built, now helping them keep their clients happy.
