 I have been in the home building and inspection business for over 35 years. I have been a carpenter, mason, rock layer. I've installed stucco, sheetrock, fireplace inserts, siding, interior trim, cabinets. I have built rock fire places  from the ground up. I've been a framing sub-contractor, builder, remodeler. I've installed septic systems, drilled water wells, designed house plans (all the homes I built I ether drew or customized the plans).
