“Be Confident In The Purchase Of Your Next Property
With A Professional Inspection From Aaron’s Home Inspections”
WHY should you get an inspection?
Inspectors find problems that might require substantial cost to fix or that become bigger headaches over time even on new homes. Buyers, would you want to buy a home and have to turn right around and put money into it for repairs? Sellers, wouldn’t it be better to find and fix a problem before the buyer’s inspector finds it a week or two before closing?
WHO should get to do your inspection?
Always look for an inspector who is associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI inspectors have met the qualifications to deliver the ASHI experience, a unique combination of exceptional services and expert technical knowledge. The inspector is committed to helping the client make the right decisions about the home. For more info about ASHI go to www.ASHI.org. While there, check out the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics that ASHI inspectors practice on every inspection. Also check out ASHI’s Virtual Home Inspection Tour to get an idea of what we look for while doing the home inspection

Aaron has more than 30 years of experience in construction of new homes and remodeling of existing homes.
